1. General Terms & Definitions

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on zb77 is ৳300. We currently support the following mobile banking methods:

• Nagad
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet)
• Upay

Deposits must be made from a mobile banking number registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be rejected or forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used for the most recent deposit. Completing the verification process is mandatory before any withdrawal.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at zb77 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance becomes ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000 or more, you receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance becomes ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x — applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 — only after placing this amount in bets can winnings earned from the bonus be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A member may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• A bonus may apply only to specific games or game categories.
• The bonus applies to deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Bonuses may have a specific expiry period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• If fraud or bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• zb77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6. VIP Program & Exclusive Benefits

zb77's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Reaching each tier requires a specified level of gaming activity. Higher tiers unlock more personalized service and exclusive benefits. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change and zb77 may revise them at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zb77 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
• Artificially exploiting the bonus system or misusing bonuses.
• Using software, bots, automation tools, or any other technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Fraudulent collusion with other members.
• Providing false identity or documents.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable.

8. Gaming Service Terms
